WELCOME TO THE COMFORT ZONE

PAUSE...PONDER...PREPARE

How would you describe the last year of your life?  Would your description contain something good, bad, or even ugly? No matter what has happened over the last 12 months, there is always something we can learn about ourselves to help move us forward.

It’s time to pause and look at where we’ve been, where we are right now, and where we want to go in the future.  Why? It helps us to take a second glance at the life we are living.  We can also begin to ponder, “How do I want to participate in my life?” based off of what we learn about ourself and others around us.  In doing so, we can prepare differently for this upcoming year, quarter, or even tomorrow… not with resolutions, but clear goals to an intentional participation in the life we want to live.

To get you started, I’ve created a FREE worksheet that will jump start your reflection into the last 12 months and gain a snapshot of where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go. Download the worksheet below.
